一、目前(qian)實現功能
1.二(er)次供水溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)調節。通過(guo)觸摸屏設定二(er)網供水溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)參(can)數,控制(zhi)一次網電動(dong)調節閥的開度(du),來實現(xian)(xian)二(er)網供水溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)調節,實現(xian)(xian)換(huan)熱器二(er)次側熱水出口溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)的自(zi)動(dong)控制(zhi)。進而滿足(zu)用戶(hu)室溫(wen)(wen)(wen)要求(qiu)。
2.循環(huan)泵(beng)控制(zhi)。通過變頻器(qi)控制(zhi)循環(huan)泵(beng)變頻調(diao)速使二網(wang)進、出口壓差處(chu)于恒定值,來克服(fu)二網(wang)管道(dao)的阻力。
3.補水(shui)(shui)泵自動(dong)控(kong)制(zhi)。通過(guo)小區現(xian)場工況要(yao)求,來設定(ding)二次(ci)管(guan)網回(hui)水(shui)(shui)壓(ya)(ya)力(li),控(kong)制(zhi)變(bian)頻補水(shui)(shui)泵的開啟、調節和停(ting)止。實現(xian)二次(ci)回(hui)水(shui)(shui)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)的定(ding)壓(ya)(ya)自動(dong)控(kong)制(zhi)。當二次(ci)網由于意外原(yuan)因(yin)造成回(hui)水(shui)(shui)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)過(guo)高時,則自動(dong)開啟安全閥(fa)泄壓(ya)(ya)。
二、增加功能
1.二次供(gong)(gong)水(shui)(shui)溫度(du)(du)(du)控制根據本地的氣候條件以(yi)及供(gong)(gong)熱對(dui)象的特性,給(gei)出一(yi)條室(shi)外溫度(du)(du)(du)與二次供(gong)(gong)水(shui)(shui)、回平均溫度(du)(du)(du)之間的對(dui)應曲線(xian)。PLC控制器通(tong)(tong)過這條曲線(xian)根據室(shi)外溫度(du)(du)(du)傳感器測量的室(shi)外溫度(du)(du)(du),通(tong)(tong)過控制換(huan)熱器一(yi)次高(gao)溫水(shui)(shui)管(guan)網出口電動調節閥(fa),實現換(huan)熱器二次側(ce)熱水(shui)(shui)出口溫度(du)(du)(du)的自動控制。滿足用戶(hu)室(shi)溫要求補水(shui)(shui)水(shui)(shui)箱(xiang)控制。
2.補(bu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)水(shui)(shui)(shui)箱控(kong)制。補(bu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)水(shui)(shui)(shui)箱底部(bu)側面安裝(zhuang)一個(ge)液位(wei)變送器,用于測量(liang)水(shui)(shui)(shui)箱水(shui)(shui)(shui)位(wei)。水(shui)(shui)(shui)箱進水(shui)(shui)(shui)管道上安裝(zhuang)一臺電磁閥,用于水(shui)(shui)(shui)箱補(bu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)。當(dang)(dang)水(shui)(shui)(shui)箱水(shui)(shui)(shui)位(wei)低于設(she)定(ding)值(zhi)時開啟電磁閥,當(dang)(dang)水(shui)(shui)(shui)箱水(shui)(shui)(shui)位(wei)高于設(she)定(ding)值(zhi)時關閉電磁閥。
3.自(zi)來水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)停(ting)(ting)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)控制(zhi)。當(dang)自(zi)來水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)停(ting)(ting)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)時,系(xi)統停(ting)(ting)運。其控制(zhi)方式為(wei)首先回水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)壓力(li)低時,起動補水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)泵,當(dang)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)箱(xiang)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)位超(chao)低時,同時自(zi)來水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)無壓力(li),即判斷為(wei)自(zi)來水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)停(ting)(ting)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)。此時,停(ting)(ting)補水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)泵。當(dang)回水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)壓力(li)過低時,停(ting)(ting)一次(ci)網電動調節閥、隨后停(ting)(ting)循(xun)環泵。
