1月(yue)21日上午,工程局公司首臺(tai)TBM(全斷面硬巖掘(jue)進機)“福(fu)水號”始發儀(yi)式在福(fu)清市江陰(yin)鎮嶼礁村壩頭(tou)至江陰(yin)洋(yang)邊調節庫輸水管道(dao)工程舉(ju)行,這是(shi)工程局公司高端設備(bei)賦能工程建設領域的首次(ci)突破,也(ye)是(shi)公司在施(shi)工技術(shu)創新和(he)裝備(bei)升級上的關鍵一步(bu),將進一步(bu)提(ti)升工程局公司核(he)心(xin)競爭力。
江陰(yin)輸水(shui)管道工(gong)(gong)程隧洞(dong)總(zong)(zong)長(chang)約(yue)7.6公里(li),地(di)質(zhi)構造錯綜復雜,巖體(ti)較為破碎(sui),且存在長(chang)距(ju)離、高(gao)壓(ya)強、斷裂極度發育(yu)以及(ji)涌水(shui)等難題。為提高(gao)隧道施工(gong)(gong)效率(lv)、施工(gong)(gong)質(zhi)量(liang)以及(ji)安全水(shui)平,工(gong)(gong)程局(ju)公司聯合(he)唐興科技組建(jian)跨學科攻堅(jian)團隊(dui),深(shen)(shen)入剖析工(gong)(gong)程難點(dian)(dian)痛點(dian)(dian),歷經數次方案論證、模(mo)擬推演與技術優化,為工(gong)(gong)程隧洞(dong)開挖量(liang)身(shen)制造“福水(shui)號(hao)”TBM掘進(jin)(jin)機。該設備集機械(xie)、電(dian)子、液(ye)壓(ya)、激光導向(xiang)、自(zi)動(dong)控制等先進(jin)(jin)技術為一體(ti),組裝總(zong)(zong)長(chang)可(ke)達220米,刀盤(pan)直徑4.33米,最(zui)大推力11628KN,適用于(yu)復雜地(di)理地(di)貌和深(shen)(shen)埋長(chang)隧洞(dong)施工(gong)(gong)?。相較于(yu)傳統爆(bao)破法,“福水(shui)號(hao)”TBM掘進(jin)(jin)速度更快、精準系(xi)數更高(gao)、安全性能更強,有利于(yu)縮短工(gong)(gong)期,減少對環(huan)境(jing)的影(ying)響。
下一步(bu),工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)局(ju)公司將嚴格把控施工(gong)(gong)過程(cheng)(cheng),加強施工(gong)(gong)人員(yuan)培訓(xun),增強人員(yuan)質量安(an)全意識(shi)和(he)操作技能,確保(bao)TBM設備在掘進(jin)過程(cheng)(cheng)中安(an)全穩定運(yun)行,為工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)項目建(jian)設提供(gong)有(you)力保(bao)障。

江陰(yin)(yin)嶼(yu)礁村壩(ba)頭至江陰(yin)(yin)洋邊(bian)(bian)調(diao)(diao)節庫(ku)輸(shu)水(shui)管道工(gong)(gong)程是福(fu)建省重點項目東張水(shui)庫(ku)至江陰(yin)(yin)線輸(shu)水(shui)工(gong)(gong)程的標段之(zhi)一,工(gong)(gong)程起點位(wei)于(yu)嶼(yu)礁村壩(ba)頭處(chu),銜接福(fu)清市東張水(shui)庫(ku)至江陰(yin)(yin)洋邊(bian)(bian)調(diao)(diao)節庫(ku)水(shui)源(yuan)連通工(gong)(gong)程末端,終點位(wei)于(yu)洋邊(bian)(bian)調(diao)(diao)節庫(ku),輸(shu)水(shui)線路總長約8.5公里,設(she)計最大引水(shui)流(liu)量為(wei)6.52噸/秒(miao),每年可(ke)為(wei)江陰(yin)(yin)港城(cheng)區(qu)供(gong)水(shui)1.5億噸,對提高福(fu)清市水(shui)資源(yuan)統籌調(diao)(diao)配能(neng)力(li)、供(gong)水(shui)安全保(bao)障能(neng)力(li)和應急保(bao)障能(neng)力(li)具有重要意(yi)義(yi)。
